Which makes sense, considering you don't speak English.   Don't think we don't know who you are.  You're Jose, the Spanish soccer player who's lived in Madrid all his life, and while you haven't cursed out a cop in English, you have indeed roared,

The only thing I don't really get is how you can understand the Toilet Paper.... I guess you can read English, you just can't speak it.  Which is a good thing, because otherwise you'd curse every civil servant on your block.  But then again, you live in Madrid so they wouldn't understand anyway.
